Understanding Disinformation – #05 Így védekezz az álhírek ellen
Mi a hír és mi az álhír? Honnan ismerhetem fel, ha félre akarnak vezetni? Milyen céllal publikálnak téves információkat? Többek között ezekre a kérdésekre kereste a választ három huszonéves jogász-újságíró. A beszélgetés során szóba kerültek szatírák, a politikai manipulációk, de még a sport világa is, ahogyan kitértek az állam és a közösségi média felelősségére is.
Az adás végén egy frissen felmerült törvényjavaslatot vitattak meg a résztvevők. Az ötlet szerint a jogerősen elvesztett sajtó-helyreigazítási, rágalmazási és jóhírnév megsértése miatt indított perekkel arányosan kellene csökkenteni az érintett médiumok közpénzhez való hozzáférési lehetőségét.

Understanding Disinformation – #05 How to Defend Yourself Against Fake News
What is news and what is fake news? How can I tell if I am being misled? What is the purpose of publishing misinformation? These are some of the questions that three lawyer-journalists in their twenties wish to answer. They discussed satire, political manipulation and even the world of sport, as well as the responsibility of the state and social media.
At the end of the programme, the participants discussed a recent legislative proposal. The idea is to reduce the access of the media concerned to public money in proportion to the number of lawsuits for press vindication, libel and defamation of reputation that are lost.
