Mi a családi háttér és a tanulmányi intézmények szerepe a sikerorientált társadalmi elvárások leküzdésében, és hogyan változott a humán erőforrások ágazata a COVID járványt követő években? Ezen témákról, valamint a fiatal munkavállalóknak adott tanácsairól Horváth Soma, emberi erőforrás szakértővel beszélgettünk.

Getting a job after graduation causes constant stress for young job seekers, even in the era of social media. How should One start to write a CV? What skills should or should not be represented in it? Why is it a bad idea to lie about our qualifications? What roles do family background and educational institutions play in overcoming success-oriented social expectations and what changed in the line of human resources after the COVID pandemic? To answer these questions, we invited Soma Horváth, an expert in human resources, who gave advice for the young job seekers in order to get along better.
